ProgramManagerProSidian requires a Program Manager (PM) for our ITEffectiveness service line with experience in the design andimplementation of custom technology-enabled business solutions. ThePM functions as an integrator between business needs and technologysolutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients’business needs. Areas of interest include Oracle Policy Modeling,Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), OPA Web Determinations engines, andclient-side training.

The Program Manager will be expected to lead ateam of analysts and developers producing Oracle Policy AutomationRule Bases for a governmental client in charge of Licensing andPermitting processes. Join us in our innovative ITPractice.

QualificationsRequired Skills:

3+ years of professional experience which should include eithermanagement consulting experience or relevant industryknowledge. Experience as a team leader in a full cycle Oracle PolicyModeling deployment (including design and development). Understanding of all phases of the software developmentlifecycle. Production Experience as an Oracle Policy Automation technicallead. Production deployment experience using the OPA WebDeterminations engine in a US .gov website project. Demonstrated ability in managing client-side training processeson OPA production rule bases. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. Experience leading teams of analysts and developers. Knowledge and understanding of Licensing and Permittingprocesses. A willingness to travel to client locations.

Experience Level:

3+ years of experience in consulting and projectmanagement. 1+ years in full cycle Oracle Policy Modeling deployment. Must be able to work in a fast-paced and changing workenvironment. Must be able to work independently.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong Leadership & Project Management skills. Ability to manage competing priorities on an ongoingbasis. Ability to negotiate priorities and resolve conflict. Must be able to effectively communicate problem status tosenior management. Must be able to translate plans/policies into specific goals,tactics, action plans, and deliverables.

The successful candidatewill be self-motivated and able to lead in a team environment.

He/she must be able to work effectively at all levels of theorganization, be results oriented, have strong analytical anddecision-making abilities, and a creative problem solver.
