Our model of treatment blends personalized and medically sophisticated care with the latest research and strategies for those overcoming eating disorders. We are seeking a hybrid IT Project Manager / Business Systems Analyst to support the successful delivery of key technology initiatives, with a primary focus on Salesforce and our custom-developed platform. This role is approximately 40% project management and 60% business systems analysis, with an emphasis on gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements, collaborating with technical teams, and testing and validating system changes prior to release.

Responsibilities Include:

• Business Systems Analysis (60%)
• + Partner with stakeholders across the organization to gather, clarify, and document functional and technical requirements related to Salesforce and custom web/mobile applications.

+ Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for the development team. + Collaborate closely with developers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. + Develop and execute test plans to validate changes and new features before deployment. + Support user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business objectives. + Maintain up-to-date documentation of system processes, enhancements, and configurations.

• Project Management (40%)
• + Define and manage project scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for IT initiatives.

+ Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage priorities, and drive accountability for deadlines and outcomes. + Track and mitigate project risks and issues; adjust plans as needed to meet changing business needs. + Communicate progress, blockers, and expectations regularly to business and IT stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. + 3+ years of combined experience in IT project management and business systems analysis, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting. + Hands-on experience working with

• Salesforce
• and/or custom web applications; familiarity with EMR/EHR and billing systems or similar systems a plus.

+ Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and test cases. + Experience leading cross-functional teams in a remote or distributed environment. + Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Monday.com. + Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a plus. + Experience with Agile or hybrid development methodologies preferred. #montenidoaffiliates
