About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact strategic initiative focused on implementing a new data model and tool for IBOR data. This role will drive the development of a modern operating model across both technology and business operations, while overseeing the decommissioning of legacy systems. You will also manage subsequent projects, including account conversion, consumer cutover, and additional legacy application retirements. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams across Technology, Investment Operations, Client Operations, the Enterprise Change Office, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of business-critical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex projects within a broader strategic program. Drive project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes. Establish and manage project governance, including stakeholder engagement, risk management, and performance tracking. Coordinate across multiple workstreams, managing interdependencies and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation (e.g., statements of work, resource plans, risk registers). Communicate project status and updates clearly to stakeholders and executive sponsors. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and recommend process improvements. Inspire and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. Proven track record in managing complex programs involving both technology and business transformation. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications PMP or PgMP certification. Experience in Investment and Client Operations. Familiarity with security reference data and pricing systems. Demonstrated success in data migration and legacy system decommissioning projects.
