Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Partner Management Senior Specialist at our Miami, FL location to focus on customer success through ecosystem success by developing a best-in-class service ecosystem focusing on business outcomes along the customer lifecycle with SAP.
Expectations and Tasks:
Develop the Service Partner ecosystem and ensure alignment with the latest SAP technologies’ offerings, focused on intelligent and sustainable enterprise solutions, by leading various frameworks and initiatives to support partner services quality, partner management, and experience. Develop the ecosystem’s services-related activities across the entire customer value journey of our customers, largely by ensuring that partners are considered in SAP processes and tools across the multiple stages of their journey and across solution areas, also ensuring SAP provides the support needed for the partner ecosystem to develop their service offerings in each phase. Ensure service and delivery quality of SAP’s ecosystem in areas align with SAP’s strategy. Act as a central advisor within the global Partner Ecosystem Success organization for post-sales partner-led topics across solutions areas. Coordinates SAP interactions (with Partner Delivery Management leads, SAP Services, Partner Solution Adoption and readiness, Partner Activation, among others), engaging with regional stakeholders to ensure program rollout excellence, position the added value of the partner ecosystem and the Ecosystem Delivery Success team, guiding teams in building and expanding initiatives focused on Partner services quality, driving a structured engagement to accelerate partner investments in capacity & quality, whilst identifying ecosystem competency gaps and recommending relevant training and enablement activities.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve five (5) years in the following:
- SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform solution knowledge;
- SAP Partner ecosystem sales and post-sales business acumen;
- SAP Services and implementation methodology knowledge;
- Advanced Analytical skills (Programming & insights reporting, and capacity planning & business case development);
- Partner Relationship Management (PRM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Cloud Implementation Project Insights, SAP4Me, and SAP Analytics Cloud systems/tools;
- SAP’s partner program consisting of SAP PartnerEdge program Guide and SAP Global Channel Policy; and
- Project management including managing of deliverables including
PRM / IT
requirements in an agile approach, defining and managing scope, risk management and issuing resolution in a global complex project.
Travel:
Position requires more than 30% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client worksites.

Compensation Range Transparency:
The annual base salary range for this position is $135,870 – $231,000. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $282,100 – $479,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
