About Role:
SAP Technical Program Manager (IS Oil) : They need a strong SAP IS Oil program Management Leader, skills person needs particularly on how the teams needs to be organized in green field implementations and what challenges to anticipate in an implementation program. Need someone with strong clarity on SAP Cloud ALM tool which is used for program management in implementation (hybrid agile) and how to use this along with Jira for development work (Agile).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Solution Architecture & Design:
Architect
SAP S/4HANA BTP
solutions for downstream oil and gas processes (marketing, distribution, trading), ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Oversee Implementation:
Guide the full lifecycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA, including data migration and third-party integrations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams, presenting proposals and updates to senior leadership.
Performance & Governance:
Optimize system performance and ensure adherence to IT standards, regulations, and SAP best practices.
Qualifications:
15+ years of SAP experience , with 5+ years in a principal architect/leadership role . Extensive experience in
SAP S/4HANA
implementations specifically in downstream oil and gas. Proficiency in
SAP S/4HANA
