HOW YOU WILL MAKE ANIMPACT

Manage a team of application developers and systemadministrators responsible for supporting a variety of products,including but not limited to: Workday, ServiceNow, Icertis,DocuSign, Jira, Confluence, Formstack, Quantum Workplace,ePrescribe, and Change Healthcare. Monitor the performance of enterprise applications. Collaborate with the Product/PMO team to create and maintain aframework for new technology requests. Create and maintain an application library and configurationmanagement database. Leverage existing tools to enhance procurement processes andapplication license tracking. Identify and address technical debt to align with best practicearchitecture. Analyze business requirements and partner with stakeholders todevelop creative IT solutions. Ensure service operations meet or exceed Service LevelAgreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs). Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, andcontractors to ensure quality and cost control. Lead, guide, develop, and grow a team of IT professionals intechnical proficiency and service delivery.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCECRITERIA

BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Information,Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalentexperience considered on a year-for-year basis. At least 6 years of professional experience in the ITindustry. At least 2 years of resource management experience. IT certification preferred.
