Preferred:
Technical project management experience in Retail Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Agile Certifications (CSM; PMI-ACP; CSPO; SAFe; LeSS) plan and coordinate a set of related projects within the Retail Restaurant Tech and Digital program, to manage their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies across Disney Experiences. They will project management principles, practices, and techniques to lead and control project schedule, scope, quality, cost and performance risks independently, for multiple complex technology projects. The Technical Project Coordinator will coordinate the activities of the project team by becoming familiar with project scope and objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member. The Technical Project Coordinator will work closely with cross-discipline technology teams, leadership and business partners to understand technical and business direction, milestones and budget, as well as provide thought leadership to project management team. Undertakes program planning Develops and implements long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program Manages execution of program Coordinates and facilitates delivery of program objectives Ensures timely completion of tasks, maintaining program schedule and target dates Successfully assesses program and project risks and formulates mitigation plans, successfully develops and updates project budgets as required, and delivers successful programs and projects in a timely and cost-efficient manner as shown by project statistics Leads and directs high-priority matrix projects, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration and interaction with project sponsors and teams Conducts program meetings at leadership and/or executive director levels Develops and manages a project change control process as needed to ensure project team operates within the scope of change approval process Assesses program and project issues and identifies solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals Prepares and executes program communication Ensures all program stakeholders receive orientation and appropriate training in accordance with organizational standards Conducts regular program status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder’s needs and requirements continuously in view Manages program budget Supports Project Management Office initiatives Supports the transformation of the Project Management Office 2-1/5 The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $47.62/hour – $74.40/hour.
