Job Description
Role Overview:
Our client is undergoing a Cloud Migration and is looking for a Delivery Lead/IT Project Manager to support the VP of Security (focused on security & compliance projects) and the Senior Director of Operations (focused on infrastructure & cloud migration). The role can either be full-time with a salary plus a bonus, or a long-term contract/contract to hire opportunity. •This is a hybrid role in Orlando; candidates must be willing to work on site Monday-Thursday, and will be able to work Remotely on Fridays. •
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from start to finish, including budgeting, timeline management, and resource allocation. Work closely with business stakeholders (e.g., marketing), Product Owners, and development teams (including QA). Facilitate Agile processes, including Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, and managing roadblocks. Support the creation and refinement of user stories and assist with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions. Ensure that projects align with business goals, are delivered on time, and within budget.
Desired Skills:
At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile Project Management. Experience working on security & compliance projects OR infrastructure/cloud migrations is highly desirable. Strong experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) delivery. Ability to work with teams across different business functions (marketing, product, development, and QA). Proficiency in backlog grooming, prioritizing user stories, and managing project timelines and budgets.
Job Details:
The role involves leading Agile teams and supporting the product discovery process using methods like User Story Mapping and Design Thinking to define and deliver the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). The ideal candidate should be able to navigate complex relationships with stakeholders and make effective decisions, helping teams achieve their goals while ensuring that they follow Agile practices throughout the project lifecycle. Familiarity with software development processes (e.g., source code management, BDD/TDD) and system integration initiatives is a plus.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of project management experience in an Agile environment. Experience managing budgets, creating cost reviews, and navigating capital and expense considerations, and resource allocation.
