IT Project Cooridnator Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Description Job Summary:

The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will implement standardized project management methodologies, monitor project performance, and support communication across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate and manage multiple cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity. + Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines. + Monitor and track project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. + Perform daily oversight of work efforts, ensuring resource alignment and issue resolution. + Conduct regular quality reviews and escalate issues related to functionality, quality, or deadlines as needed. + Track key milestones and adjust plans or resources to meet evolving project needs. + Collaborate and communicate with all impacted areas of the organization regarding scope, budget, risk, and resource requirements. + Support senior project leaders in engaging with business unit leadership to prioritize and align projects with strategic goals. + Apply project management best practices, including change management techniques and resource planning tools. Requirements Qualifications:

+ Proven experience managing medium to high complexity IT projects. + Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Agile, PMBOK, Waterfall). + Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project dependencies. + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. + Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

Education & Experience:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). + 3-5 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management. + PMP or CAPM certification preferred but not required.
