Position Specific Description In this position, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating technology projects with business partners to deliver capabilities to Gas Infrastructure Field Operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Upstream Field Operations and poses business process expertise and can leverage this knowledge to develop and deliver a project portfolio. This is a key position in a fast paced, high-tech company. Experience in an oil and gas E&P company is highly desired.
The ideal candidate will also:
- Define business workflows and establish performance benchmarks for project requirements.
- Oversees a variety of large-scale projects of high complexity
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes
- Identifies issues and challenges, measures and validates results, and implements solutions
- Provides expert information to internal and external clients on complex issues
- Creates and communicates presentation materials for report out and updates with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Conducts external research and stays abreast of new developments or innovative advancements pertaining to the project
- Provides coaching, leadership, and direction to project team
- Work closely with the operations teammates and business partners to fully understand the user functionality, pain points and areas of improvements within our applications
- Assist and help with the delivery of special projects and small enhancements and assist in reviewing and improving policies and procedures
- Review statistics, validate or challenge the way things have always been done and identify areas for process and/or support tool improvements and efficiencies.

- Bachelors or Equivalent Experience
