Full-Time SUMMARY :
The IT Project Manager will oversee the successful completion of the IT projects. A key element of this role is to clearly and effectively communicate project objectives to team members and stakeholders. Ensure that they understand their specific roles/responsibilities. Responsible for indirect management of resources that span the development organizations, architecture and infrastructure. Provide program status reports and roadmaps with visibility to the Leadership team. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery. Success in this role will be demonstrated by ensuring that all projects are completed on time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance, to outline and define project requirements and deliverables prior to initiation (high level business analysis functions). Develop detailed project plans, goals, schedules, and status reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Manage project risks, issues, and changes, keeping management informed and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary. Coordinate project team members and develop schedules and individual responsibilities. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and project reviews to discuss project goals and progress and to ensure alignment and transparency. Utilize project management tools Atlassian/Jira, etc. to track project performance and schedule adherence. Maintain a good working knowledge of assigned component projects. Act as a testing/QA resource for assigned projects to ensure objectives are met. Ensure compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements, the project’s objectives, and internal policies/procedures. Developed and implemented project management methodologies, standards, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Incident management and response across CX and engineering teams Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Operations to track progress, align priorities. Understand the system architecture and technical components necessary for the successful delivery of the programs’ objectives Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS:
Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal/negotiation skills to coordinate with team members and management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion Strong organization and time management skills to keep projects on track Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in project management software tools (Atlassian/Jira, etc.) Previous infrastructure technology experience such as server, network, IT security, and data center infrastructure, for application, middleware, database and web environments. Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with financial and time reporting in a project environment. Work with a sense of urgency and ability to use considerable judgment to determine solutions, necessary escalations and to seek guidance on complex problems.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in IT project management, preferably serving in a leadership role. Proven experience managing enterprise-wide IT projects, such as system conversions, data migrations, infrastructure upgrades Certifications such as PMP, or equivalent is preferred. Scripting skills in Jira, or similar tools to build custom reports for engineering excellence.
