Our client is currently seeking a IT Project Manager for a W2 contract role
Job Description:
The Project Manager will provide direction and execution on projects associated with application/system development, enhancement, support and maintenance projects. You will be the point person responsible for aligning project resources (people and hardware), building project schedule, providing weekly updates, blocking/tackling for our scrum teams, keeping Portfolio Manager up to speed and assisting Portfolio Manager with portfolio-related activities (e.g. obtain project estimates, provide input into larger Portfolio Health status, prepare for system releases, etc.) Required experience/skills: You’ll drive complex, high priority projects or phases of larger programs using Agile methodology. Provide clear and concise project and program communication and status to all levels of the organization Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, mitigating risks/issues, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions in accordance with stated procedure Utilize enterprise tools (e.g. Jira, Clarity, Confluence, etc.) to assist with managing projects Experience with preparing and assisting with major system releases/implementations If available and interested, apply now!
