Position Overview:
The IT Project Manager will lead end-to-end project execution for key technology initiatives, focusing on WMS implementations and system integrations between client ERP platforms and WMS. You will work cross-functionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects that meet scope, timeline, and budget expectations.

Responsibilities:
Manage full lifecycle of IT projects, particularly WMS implementations and integrations with client ERP systems. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, track progress, and report status to stakeholders. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout. Oversee testing, training, and change management activities. Requirements:
Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in a logistics or 3PL environment. Proven experience leading WMS implementations Strong understanding of system integrations, especially between ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and WMS platforms. Familiarity with EDI, API, and other data exchange protocols used in logistics and supply chain systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. PMP or other relevant certifications a plus.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience working with logistics service providers and client-facing implementation projects. Hands-on experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, etc.) Technical knowledge of middleware and integration tools. #IND123 #
