Your New Role:

Senior Director for Enterprise Technology FinancialSolutions serves a crucial function at the intersection oftechnology and finance, responsible for overseeing the technicalaspects of SAP financial systems as well as other applications usedwithin Technology & Operations. Their primary focus is to ensurethat the financial solutions effectively support financialoperations and contribute to strategic objectives.

Your Role Accountabilities:

Operations/Project Management Assist project team, key stakeholders, and management toprioritize business partner requirements and develop and maintaindetailed project plans using standard tools. Help determine resource roles needed and work with managementto secure project team members. Effectively assist in leading by influence and work in amatrix/cross functional (BU Champions). Assist in establishing and coordinating the project plan formigration of the project into production. Assist with developing and defining new and improved workflowand initiatives. Help provide training and training materials for newprocesses. Work with key stakeholders to define and document communicationplan. Assist management with special assignments, such as evaluatingvendors, gathering/evaluating consultant proposals, or otherresponsibilities as requested. Solution Design and Implementation Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand team needs anddependencies to better align business processes. Work closely with business stakeholders to understandrequirements and design solutions in SAP BRIM, OTC, and othersystems that align with business objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for both internal andexternal stakeholders regarding operations for SAP BRIM, OTC, andother applications. Manage relationships with software vendors, service providers,and other external parties. Engage internal stakeholders (like finance, sales, and customerservice departments) to ensure the IT solutions align with businessneeds and deliver value. Create comprehensive and meaningful strategy presentations forsenior executives. Develop comprehensive performance analysis of businessprocesses and review ways of improvement. Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand majorprojects and initiatives. Team Leadership and Development Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training,and mentoring staff to meet objectives. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professionaldevelopment within the team. Develop and manage the IT budget related to OTC and SAP BRIMapplications, ensuring optimal ROI. Provide regular reports to executive management on the status,progress, and outcomes of IT initiatives. Manage the budget for technology investments in SAP FinancialSolutions. Ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI for SAP systems andtechnologies. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, andstandards affecting OTC processes and financial systems. Assess and mitigate risks related to financial systems throughevaluation of application and IT controls. Strategy & Analytics Collaborate with stakeholders to understand team needs anddependencies to align business processes. Develop and execute methodologies to evaluate, prioritize, andmonitor business process success. Create strategy presentations for senior executives. Build frameworks and develop business analytics tools anddashboards for ongoing planning and KPI measurement.

Qualifications & Experiences:

2+ years of experience in related fields (media, entertainment,business development, streaming services industry experience aplus). 10-12+ years of hands-on implementation or operationalexperience with SAP Financial solutions. 5-7+ years of transactional processing and operations assuranceexperience. Undergraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, orbusiness sciences required. Experience with SAP project management orenhancements. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience developing financial models in Excel andfacilitating business discussions. Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint,Word). A passion for accuracy and translating insights into compellingnarratives. Excellent communication and business relationshipskills. Ability to work collaboratively in small and multiple teams,handling multiple assignments concurrently. Preferred Experience (not required): Graduate degree in related fields. Post-graduate work experience in entertainment or relatedfields. Knowledge of media, entertainment, and technologyindustries. Familiarity with streaming products/services.
