About This Role Carrier is in the midst of a massive Digital Transformation, which involves strategic, operational, business, and technical alignment. The Strategy and Operations Leader sits within Carrier’s Digital Center of Excellence and will support the full end-to-end Digital strategic planning cycle, from long-term visioning and operational alignment to goals cascade and metrics tracking for the Digital COE. This role will also lead DevOps, test automation and communications within the Digital Center of Excellence. This position will report into Senior Director, Digital COE.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with stakeholders to cultivate team and department strategic goals that align with broader Carrier strategy.
Translate strategic goals into operational priorities with tactical metrics and milestones to benchmark progress.
Monitor KPIs and milestones against strategic goals to provide actionable insights, opportunities for improvement, and best practice sharing.
Build, maintain, and optimize user-friendly dashboarding tools to provide transparency into performance against goals.
Manage measurement and reporting out of tactical and strategic KPIs related to delivery, platform adoption and business value to Digital leadership team.
Create high-touch Digital programming and presentations for Digital and Executive Leadership Team based on key strategic priorities and investments. Perform qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis to inform strategic development.
Monitor and manage project budgets across various programs. Support management of overall department budget and lead ad-hoc financial analyses. Establish strategic and operational practices, templates, and tools to drive operational excellence

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of professional work experience in management consulting, tech, or high-growth start-up

Excellent program management skills to partner cross-functionally
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including ability to engage with team members at all levels of the organization Previous experience analyzing client needs, setting and managing expectations, and influencing decisions Exceptional project management skills on complex and evolving work Ability to develop and translate strategic goals into actionable programs that balance the evolving priorities of the organization Detail-oriented with an ability to think big picture
Outcome-driven with focus on partnership and execution
