Senior SAP Project Manager / Scrum Master This highly visible initiative requires a seasoned Project Manager/Scrum Master who can communicate and deliver work on complex multi team projects. You will own two scrum teams and you must be able to flex across Scrum Master, Project Manager and Program Manager duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures.
Develops project plan and drives project milestones.
Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.
Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.
Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets.
Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
This is a 6 month contract position with high possibility of renewal every 6 months. This position is hybrid. You will be required to be in office 3 days a week. This is an excellent opportunity for a long term contract, located in Midtown with close access to MARTA. Excellent office location with several amenities (gym, food court, Marta access, etc.) Free parking in Norfolk parking garage.

REQUIRED SKILLS

10+ years of Project Management experience
3+ years of scrum master experience leading a software development team CSM is required Experience with

SAP S/4HANA

cloud implementation
Experience with SAP Finance areas, specifically

SAP FI, FI TAX, SAP PI/PO

Experience managing external vendors in agile ceremonies and process
Proven experience managing implementation projects with work efforts shared across multiple 3rd party vendors and/or system integrators
Experience applying Kanban, SAFe (Scaled Agile), etc.
Strong experience with Jira & Jira boards and Jira Align Must have capability to flex across Scrum Master, Project Manager and Program Manager roles when needed
No job hoppers (most contracts should be 1 year plus)
Excellent communication skills and very consultative
