About Us:

We are an integrated developer, construction, and property management company with a strong focus on innovation and operational efficiency. We’ve recently developed custom property management software tailored to our unique workflows. Now, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Software Implementation & Business Analyst to help us refine and master the accounting module and act as the key liaison between our internal teams and the software development partner.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the bridge between our internal teams (Accounting, Property Management, etc.) and the software vendor Deep-dive into our custom-built software to assess, refine, and help finalize the accounting features Document workflows, requirements, and pain points to guide development priorities Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support for staff Work with leadership to ensure the system aligns with business goals and improves efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in software implementation or business systems analysis Background in property management, real estate accounting, or related fields strongly preferred Excellent communication skills Strong project management and problem-solving abilities Experience with real estate or property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, MRI) is a big plus

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with custom software projects Familiarity with integration between property management and accounting tools Knowledge of construction workflows or developer accounting processes

$89,559.00 – $98,602.00 per year
