Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

Oversee and manage large account, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to clients.

Program Management:

Lead and manage multiple programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Solutioning:

Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth.

Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

Transformation Programs:

Drive and manage transformation programs, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.

Support Programs:

Oversee support programs, bring in stability and drive automation ensuring they meet client expectations and deliver value.

Innovation:

Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the development and implementation of new ideas and technologies.

Minimum Mandatory Skills:

Strong program management skills
Excellent solutioning capabilities
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience Level:

Extensive experience in managing large accounts and leading programs
Proven track record of delivering successful transformation and support programs
