Job Description
Must Haves Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing and leading a team of at least 5+ developers. Minimum of 10 years’ experience developing within the Microsoft development stack. Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and .NET software development lifecycle. Proven experience with Azure tools and services such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, Data Factory, SQL Server, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Apps. Proficient understanding of programming languages such as C#, React, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, C++. Hands-on experience with software development tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, Jira. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

The Application Development Manager will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and leading development teams and will oversee a team of 5 with future to expand. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills and a comprehensive understanding of the .NET software development lifecycle, programming languages, and software engineering principles. A major initiative for this team will be data management and system integrations for front end users to have heightened visibility into orders at various stages throughout the order lifecycle.
