Work You’ll Do As a Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding all AMS delivery matters and will oversee daily operations of the application support and maintenance team.

Illustrative activities include:

Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs for incident resolution and service requests. Lead and mentor AMS team members to ensure high performance and professional growth. Conduct regular service review meetings with clients and internal stakeholders. Monitor and report on service delivery performance using dashboards and analytics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency. Manage resource allocation and team scheduling to ensure optimal coverage. Facilitate root cause analysis and problem management for recurring issues. Support contract management activities, including renewals, scope changes, and upselling opportunities. Qualifications Required Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree 5 years experience in supporting SAP Industry Specific Solution for Utilities (ISU) solution; data analytics solutions including

BW, HANA, SAC, BOBJ, BODS
