The ERP Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, ensuring it aligns with the business objectives and enhances operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and management of the Epicor ERP system.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP applications.
Develop and execute strategies for business process improvement using ERP capabilities.
Provide technical support and training to users on ERP functionalities.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
Manage ERP-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and best practices to enhance system performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an ERP Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Epicor ERP system and its functionalities.
Experience in applications management and systems integration.
Project management skills with a track record of successful ERP implementations.
Understanding of business process improvement methodologies.
Technical support experience related to ERP systems.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive actionable insights.
