Job Title:

Project Manager – IT – Advanced 12 months contract

Duties:

Leads the delivery of all aspects project delivery alongwith the ability to manage a matrixed team of various disciplines.

Handle complex long-term focused projects involving multipledisciplines or business units. Work independently and withmanagement on high visibility, divisional/cross-divisional complexprojects. Sought as a key resource for resolution of unique orcomplex technical and/or business problems. Drive continuousimprovement and efficiencies beyond own scope of responsibility.

Expected to deliver fast paced complex projects. Creating long- andshort-term plans, including setting targets for milestones andadhering to deadlines. Drive team to effective decision making whenneeded, depicting multiple options for how to progress with theproject (leveraging RAPID decision making model). Communicatingwith executives or the board to keep the project aligned with theirgoals. Work with team to adhere or adjust schedules and targets onthe project as needs for the project change. Oversees the projectplanning and implementation of an entire project through budgeting,discipline forecasting, working with suppliers, and planning theproject release.

Skills:

8 years of project management experience 2years of program management experience 2 years of Agile projectdelivery experience Significant technical or insurance industrybackground Experience with managing supplier delivery and supplierrelationships Ability to travel as needed to US vendor location(limited travel required) Outstanding written and verbalcommunication and interpersonal skills Highly organization,collaborative individual Comfortable working in ambiguity, capableof establishing and growing functions and teams from the ground upAn action-oriented, driven, entrepreneurial mindset
