Lead Digital Project Manager We are seeking a highly motivatedLead Digital Project Manager to join our client’s team. This roleis part of the Enterprise Technology Delivery Services team, whichsupports a portfolio of value streams delivering technicalsolutions to internal customers. You will lead complex,cross-functional programs that drive strategic outcomes—focusing onaccelerating business value, fostering innovation, and improvingcustomer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams throughexcellent communication and negotiation skills, effectivelycollaborating with executives and stakeholders to drive consensusand alignment on objectives, scope, and deliverables, consistentlyadvocating for the best interests of the organization whilemaintaining positive relationships. Provide strategic guidance andinsight to support decision-making through data-driven analysis andyour knowledge of industry trends, organizational priorities andtechnology and architecture trends. Drive project managementexcellence by leading the planning, execution, and delivery ofcomplex projects by managing cross-functional teams, ensuringadherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, whileensuring projects are aligned with business objectives. Foster anoutcome-based strategy and culture by demonstrating strongleadership skills, promoting a culture of collaboration,accountability, and continuous improvement, and championing bestpractices in project management and execution. Exhibit exceptionalorganizational skills by effectively balancing multiple prioritiesand dependencies and managing risks and mitigating issues. Manageresources effectively, optimizing resource allocation acrossprojects to ensure the efficient and effective use of resourceswhile delivering maximum value to the organization. Demonstratestrong problem-solving skills by identifying and resolving criticalissues, leveraging your professional and technical expertise toimplement innovative solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with large PSA (Professional Service Automation)solution/implementation. 8-11 years’ experience as a ProjectManager or similar role, with a track record of successfullydelivering complex software projects in a SaaS-based environment.
Flexibility to adapt work schedule to work with multiple time zonesas needed Strong understanding of Agile practices, including SAFe,Scrum, LPM, and DevOps. Demonstrated expertise in strategicthinking and decision-making abilities. Excellent leadership andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivatecross-functional teams. Strong Cross-functional team experiencewith various business centric Exceptional problem-solving abilitiesand a keen attention to detail Experience managing complex projectExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with theability to convey technical concepts across all levels with anorganization towards common goals. Able to perform in ahybrid-office role, requiring three or more days per week in theoffice Technical and business familiarities with financial systems(D365), CRM (Salesforce), enterprise data warehouse (Azure DataLake) Experience creating and maintaining project plans andreporting status to senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relatedfield. Experience with large-scale system architecture. Ability toleverage a customer-centric lens to represent the customer’s needsand preferences, where applicable. Out-of-the-box thinker andresults-driven problem solver, who is excited to dive into toughproblems, and committed to delivering clear business outcomes.
Having a continuous learning approach, including the ability to askrelevant questions to understand requirements and context, as wellas ability to receive and incorporate feedback. Experience withJIRA, PowerBI, DevOps.
Preferred certifications include:
PMP, PgMP,PMI-ACP, CSM, LPM. Agile coach experience a plus.
