The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and program management methodologies, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams. Duties Lead the planning and execution of technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Utilize Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe, to manage project workflows and enhance team productivity. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and any potential roadblocks. Analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns. Maintain documentation related to project management processes in accordance with PMBOK guidelines. Skills Proficiency in program management principles and methodologies, including SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions. Experience in managing IT infrastructure projects, demonstrating a solid understanding of technical environments. Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results through teamwork and collaboration.
