  • Technical to support our STORM technical program at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Description:

Senior Program Manager is responsible for the execution of the STORM Technical Contract for S3 Inc and strategic support to the STORM current and future product development. Performs weapons system program management and system integration tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • The management of the company personnel and coordination of execution of contract scope from subcontractors and team members.
  • Coordination with PMO management for the program office needs in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS).
  • Support the planning and integration of laboratory technologies into current and future increments of weapon systems including transition strategies.
  • Make recommendations in concert with the S&T coordinator for technology enhancements for STORM products.
  • Interface with the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) for near-term and far-term contract requirements for all tasks and personnel including vacancies and new positions and any transition of subcontractor and team member positions.
  • Performance evaluations for S3 personnel, assessments of subcontractor and team member performance, timecard management, and development of requisitions for new hires and backfills.
  • Support to strategic planning functions for the PMO leadership.
  • Interface with S3 Contracts, Human Resources, and Security for PMO and program needs.
  • Development of budgets and analysis associated with contract execution and limitations.
Qualifications:
  • Do you have a Bachelor’s degree and 20 years of experience or a Master’s degree and 18 years of experience?
  • Do you have a DoD Secret or higher security Clearance?
  • Do you have 8 years or more of hands-on senior level experience in one or more functional areas of DoD/service systems program management and integration?
  • Do you have 5 or more years of experience in the composition and defending of technical/technology briefing to senior level personnel in a program office?
  • Do you have 8 or more years of experience managing personnel to include hiring action?
  • Do you have 8 or more years of experience performing weapon system program management and system integration?
  • Do you have 5 or more years of experience supporting strategic planning functions within a program office?
  • Do you have experience in the transition of technologies to a planned/developing weapon system?
  • Do you have 5 or more years of experience interfacing with functional organizations with the government or a company to include security, contracts, and HR?
  • Do you have 5 or more years of experience developing budgets and analysis associated with contract executions?
