Job Description:

Technical Software Project Manager consultant 48 hour windowonly St Louis Missori 3-4 days in office, 1 day remote USC or Wellspoken GC 12 months

Hours:

8-5pm, Monday-Friday Minimum ofthree (3) years IT project management experience. Knowledge,Skills, & Abilities •

Technical Knowledge:

Proficiency in projectmanagement methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools(e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheets, excel, Jira, ITSM). Familiaritywith software development processes and system architecture. OracleDatabase and architecture knowledge is preferred.

Risk Management:

Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout theproject lifecycle. The Technical Project Manager will oversee theimplementation of software projects for , ensuring smooth executionfrom start to finish. The TPM will leverage a robust technicalbackground in databases, cloud technologies, system architecture,infrastructure, networking, and Active Directory (AD) to driveprojects forward, manage risks, and maintain project timelines anddependencies. Creates and maintains project documentation,reporting daily on status and progress. • Anticipates and mitigatesrisks, resolves issues proactively, and manages migration plans.

Manages Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and resources, providingtechnical guidance and safeguards for software initiatives. •Maintains clear customer-facing documentation, defining roles andresponsibilities. • Updates and organizes project documents,including RACI, RAID, and archives.

Documentation Skills:

Proficient in creating and maintaining project documentation,including RACI, RAID, and status reports. Understanding of budgetmanagement and cost control principles.

Education ExperienceDegree:

B.A./B.S.

in Comp. Science. MS in Computer Science orequivalent work experience. is desirable
