We are currently seeking an experiencedConsulting Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Thisexciting role is at the heart of our organization, where you willbe working closely with cross-functional teams to lead and managecomplex healthcare projects. You will be responsible for drivingthe planning, execution, and delivery of projects to ensurebusiness objectives are met. This role is perfect for those who arepassionate about healthcare, technology, and project management,and are eager to make a significant impact on the industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery ofcomplex projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, andmeet the desired business objectives. 2. Collaborate with variousstakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. 3.Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, identify potentialissues or risks, and devise contingency plans. 4. Facilitate Scrumceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprintreviews, and retrospectives. 5. Foster a culture of continuousimprovement by promoting and implementing agile principles andpractices. 6. Ensure project resources are available and allocatedcorrectly. 7. Act as a point of contact for project-related queriesand issues. 8. Monitor, track, and report on project progress, andcommunicate updates to all stakeholders regularly. 9. Implement andmanage change when necessary to meet project outputs. 10. Evaluateand assess the results of the project upon completion.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or related field. 2.A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management,preferably in the healthcare industry. 3. Certified Scrum Master(CSM) or equivalent scrum certification. 4. Demonstrated experiencein managing full lifecycle technology projects using Agilemethodologies. 5. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry,including regulatory requirements and healthcare IT standards. 6.Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with aproven ability to communicate complex technical concepts tonon-technical stakeholders. 8. Proficient in project managementsoftware tools. 9. Ability to work under pressure and managemultiple projects simultaneously. 10. Strong critical thinking anddecision-making skills. 11. Proven ability to work effectively withall levels of staff and management, both internally and externally.12. Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
