The Opportunity:
Exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our growing CACI team in Fort Bragg, North Carolina! We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to support our technology initiatives and ensure successful delivery of critical IT projects. Responsibilities:
- Liaison between offices, working to synchronize and deconflict internal and external priorities
- Work with the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), understanding their priorities and working to re-prioritize considering EPT and CIO needs side by side
- Facilitator for interoffice priorities and approvals
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Lead the quarterly EPT Planning Increments that work to align customer priorities with internal priorities
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible
- Oversee migration of data and technology to cloud platforms
- Ensure project aligns with IT architecture and infrastructure
- Manage risk and ensure cloud projects are delivered successfully and within scope and budget
- Maintain knowledge of current cloud technologies and trends
- Manage cloud projects from initiation to closure
- Understand project requirements and create a detailed work plan
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
- Ensure project deliverables are on time
- Maintain project documentation and updates
- Provide direction and support to the project team
- Ensure all projects adhere to project management standards and methodologies
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders
- Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of product or project development experience, or 3 years of project development experience on an Agile Team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Active TS SCI level clearance
- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to
Outlook, Word, and Excel Desired:
- PMI-ACP certification or equivalent
- AWS cloud foundations certification – ________________________________________________________________________________________

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
