The Technical PM will be responsible for leading the configuration, management, support, and optimization of Atlassian Data Center applications for the DOD, ensuring proper alignment of the technology solution to the business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of JIRA solutions towards project management and resource management for several enterprise initiatives.
• Collaborate with business & technology stakeholders to understand priorities, product roadmap, existing system and integration environments, and new business requirements to drive progress towards established objectives.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders to brainstorm, develop and document the business objectives and requirements.
• Work with JIRA developer to design and develop solutions based on business requirements and project priorities.
• Provide mentoring and training to users on JIRA and other Atlassian tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience with the JIRA at the enterprise level.
• At least five (5) years’ experience in managing, configuring, and customizing Atlassian products for large organizations.
• Demonstrated experience with integrating Atlassian tools with other enterprise systems and automating processes.
• Top Secret clearance required.
• In-depth knowledge of the Atlassian tool suite, leadership abilities, and technical expertise in system integration and process automation.
• Must possess problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
