$40-$50/hour The Digital Innovation Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing cutting-edge digital technologies that address customer challenges and drive business value within the agricultural sector.

Digital Innovation Manager Responsibilities :

Scout and assess emerging digital technologies and trends relevant to agriculture to enhance business growth and operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for technological innovation. Lead consulting engagements to advise internal teams on adopting digital solutions that improve services or open new business avenues. Champion a culture of innovation and build digital capability across the organization. Present business cases for new technologies, including ROI analysis and strategic alignment. Build and maintain relationships with external tech vendors, startups, and innovation partners to stay ahead of industry trends. Partner with Digital Product Owners and IT delivery teams to develop and implement digital solutions.

Digital Innovation Manager Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Agriculture, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology scouting, consulting, or a similar role—ideally within the agricultural industry. Proven track record in leading and managing innovation initiatives and digital product implementations. Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and digital trends, especially their application in agriculture. Demonstrable project management experience with successful technology rollouts. Experience with Artificial Intelligence projects is a plus. Innovative mindset with a passion for digital transformation in agriculture. #INDEG
