This client is focused on innovation and excellencein production technology and is looking for a strategic, hands-onleader to help them scale their systems and support enterpriseinitiatives. This person should be comfortable navigating a diverseapplication ecosystem, including both off-the-shelf and homegrownplatforms. Familiarity with integration tools, business systemsanalysis, and application strategy is key.

Responsibilities:

Lead the strategy, performance, and optimization of enterprisebusiness applications, ensuring they align with organizationalgoals. Manage and support a team of internal developers and integrationspecialists to deliver scalable, reliable applicationsolutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements,evaluate tools, and implement technical solutions that improvebusiness operations. Oversee integration initiatives across systems using platforms suchas MuleSoft, ensuring data consistency and workflow efficiency. Monitor application performance, enforce configuration standards,and ensure compliance with security and disaster recoverypolicies. Guide vendor relationships and future application planning whilementoring and developing internal team capabilities.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience managing enterprise business platforms,preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage a diverseapplication portfolio, including internal development tools. Strong understanding of system integration, business analysis, andapplication governance best practices. Experience with tools such as MuleSoft, FileMaker, or similarintegration and custom application platforms. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability toalign technical efforts to business strategy and drive successfuloutcomes.
