We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA locations. We are hiring for the below:
Role:
Technical Project Manager Experience:
10+ Years Provide end to end project management for the delivery of all the projects within the program scope of works: Attend project team meetings and all other meetings necessary to progress the project through site plan, design, commissioning, handover and project closeout at each site Analyze audits at all locations to finalize project scope per site Communicate the technology solutions to replace all units decommissioned. Input into design process for each unit at each location with this information Work with Global Program Manager and regional PMs and project controls to propose budget and schedule for each site (bringing in logistics information for each site and cisco product availability). Develop and implement procurement plan for the services and products for each region/ site deployment – see slide for responsibility Place all hardware orders and work with project controls to ensure 3rd party technology is procured. ‘Become the ‘A to Z’ for procurement of product from placement or order to receive at site (also managing storage required at site) Provide forecast of products required to manufacturing, working with Manager Work with site points of contacts to ensure delivery Update standard plan for site deployment with each site that is visited, attending continuous improvement sessions after 12 deployments Decommision existing hardware per the scope of the project and commission new hardware Provide day 2 support for the site Coordinate the technical activity on site and escalate as required Ensure all asset management is updated following site activity
