All Project Managers will maintain a minimum of quarterly contact with assigned customers. Status updates on customer projects will be documented and shared with CFS Management and Sales. The Project Manager role includes the overseeing of training as may be required in addition to roles in guiding system implementations and related (internal) application and hardware developments. The PM must gain expertise with CFS systems (Computerway, Wolf and others) and will have exposure to all CFS customers. The PC is expected to be able to take the lead on projects (Customer implementations and internal project assignments) as assigned by the Projects Department Manager. PC’s are expected to assist customers through each stage of Computerway implementation with some (minimal) assistance from the department Manager or the senior PC.

Training Program:
  • Handle scheduling and pricing of training required at the customer site or at CFS facilities
  • Oversee that all documentation requirements are being met
  • Define required training materials
  • Work with clients to define training and training material requirements
  • Provide internal CFS employee training, when necessary
  • Provide client training on-site and at CFS, when necessary
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Requires an individual who is a leader, assertive, displays initiative and excellent communications skills
  • Able to multi-task and display effective time management skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance, with the initiative to learn quickly and relay information effectively
  • Work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of computers, computer systems, databases, networking, and modern IT concepts. Advanced knowledge is not required, but basic foundation is required.
  • Knowledge of, but not limited to, basic software packages: Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Project
  • Must be willing to continually learn and display efforts to maintain system knowledge as it advances
  • The person must be able to physically endure long hours that may be required during system implementations
  • The person must be willing and able to travel and should have reliable transportation Scheduling Requirements
  • Office schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
  • On-site travel will require weekend and shift work
