Position Summary ? The IT Project manager will gather customer requirements, providetechnical coordination, manage activities, timelines and resourcesassociated with technical IT projects as well as managing thesuccess of the projects. ? The IT project manager will work together with DatabaseAdministrators and Application Configuration Analysts to deliverimplementation projects for clients of CoreLogic product/technologysolutions. Essential Job Duties/Primary Responsibilities ? ? Acting as client?s single point of contact, independently managesmultiple medium to large scale complex application and databaseimplementation projects from inception to installation; exerciseproject control and status reporting techniques; identify risks andmitigation, formulate and define project scope; define technicalimplementation steps and manage client expectations. ? ? Owns the implementation lifecycle and is responsible for managingall technical risks throughout the project. ? Drive project completion across cross functional groups,anticipating and removing barriers. ? ? Engage customer throughout project to gather projectrequirements, solicit feedback about configuration, and provideguidance and education about the Matrix application Job Qualifications/Education ? ? BS degree in related IT or business field or equivalent workexperience ? ? Requires 5+ years of directly related experience such as workingin product implementation or support including leadershipexperience. ? ? Proven ability to lead and motivate team of colleagues ? ? Excellent communication skills with an ability to conveytechnical concepts to a non-technical audience, as well as theability to negotiate, persuade, and gain consensus from crossfunctional teams, management, and clients ? ? Excellent interpersonal, analytical, business and technicaljudgment, and problem solving skills. ? ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? ?
