IV – AEM
Application Support Analystis responsible for managing steady state application productionsupport activities, including access management, audits, incidentmanagement, change management, event communications, etc. They willcollaborate closely with technology and business partners toanalyze tactical and strategic solutions, and then use thatinformation, along with technology strategies, to formulatesolutions to meet business needs. They will provide direction andoversight to sustain teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintainsolutions that meet applicable business requirements. They willallocate and direct resources to accomplish tasks and maintaincontrol of change management processes. The AEM Application SupportAnalyst is responsible for resolving issues, mitigating risks, andescalating issues/risks when appropriate. This is a mid tosenior-level position that will report to either a TechnologyOperations Manager or Director.
Position Responsibilities:
Assess, plan and communicate steady state upgrades/patches to keystakeholders and senior management Develop and document tagging specifications for web and mobile apptracking, ensuring alignment with business and marketingobjectives Configure and deploy analytics tags using the Adobe ExperiencePlatform Oversee end to end availability of all application andinfrastructure components Act as a methodology process expert to participate in the discoveryphase, assisting with scoping effort for application teams Create detailed tagging specifications outlining data layerrequirements, variables, and event tracking Review existing workflow and systems to reduce duplication ofeffort and inefficiencies Analyze new technology solutions and leverage existing technologyto drive completion of business goals Utilize Adobe Analytics and other reporting tools to validate dataand provide insights Act as an owner and single point of contact for internal businessusers for platform availability Support homegrown and COTS databases on Oracle, SQL Server, andexadata Act as a methodology and process expert to develop technicalsolutions with a consultative approach Manage application severity incidents, bringing them to quickresolution by partnering with cross-functional IT Team and LOBpartners to manage application severity incidents to quickresolution Review and approve root cause analysis and preventative actionitems
Position Qualifications:
3+ years of IT infrastructure experience preferred Deep understanding of tag management systems, like Adobe Launchand/or Google Tag Manager, including the ability to implement,manage, and troubleshoot tracking tags Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and debugging tools to customizetracking solutions, validate tag firing, and ensure accurate datacollection Additional technical expertise in Chrome DevTools (Network tab,console), SQL Server, JSON/data Layer structures, ObservePoint,Jira, and Confluence Ability to translate business requirements into data collectionstrategies, ensuring clean, actionable data flows into analyticsplatforms to support insights and decision-making Broad and deep understanding of technical concepts in multiplespecialized fields to develop technical solutions with aconsultative approach Proficiency with incident management, root cause analysis, andproduction application issue resolution, with both short term andlong-term solutions Working knowledge of all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including an exposure to various current softwaredevelopment methodology approaches Demonstrated strategic mindset, with experience collaborating withcross-functional teams, ensuring data integrity and governance isessential Proficiency with standard development tools preferred Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment whileprioritizing work items appropriately preferred Ability to manage and support enterprise business applications byleveraging internal and external teams, along with third-partyvendor solutions preferred A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field;Google Tag Manager Certification, Google Analytics Certification,Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner, Tealium iQ Tag Management,and/or JavaScript or Web Development Certifications preferred
