The ERP Support Manager will oversee the support and implementation of our ERP system, specifically Prophet 21. This role is crucial in ensuring our users receive optimal support and training, and that the system aligns with our business processes and objectives. Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the ERP support team to provide exceptional service to users.
Oversee the implementation and integration of Prophet 21 ERP system to meet business needs.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to ERP functionality.
Conduct user training sessions to enhance system usage and efficiency.
Collaborate with various departments to identify and improve business processes using ERP solutions.
Document support processes and maintain comprehensive records of system issues and resolutions.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for system improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience with Prophet 21 ERP system is required.
Strong background in technical support and customer service.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
