Charolotte, NC Job Summary:

Assist in the development and subsequent on-going management of processes and tools to automate and streamline program routines such as roadmaps, process flow, and fact/metric-based status reporting Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned You are a master of longer-term metrics to deliver the full products, especially burndowns and roadmaps Facilitating implementation of multiple major changes in one change window, may be after hours, 8pm or weekends midnight on a limited basis. Participate and coach team on best practices in the scaled agile ceremonies they are part of including a scrum of scrum and big room planning Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, Jira backlogs and dashboards and creating repetitive story tickets automations for two teams Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks Must Haves Jira queries JQL Power BI
