Job Description:

The Cloud Technical Delivery leadwears many hats. As an Agile Delivery Lead you work with ourEnterprise Technology and Operations Cloud Platform product groupsupporting public cloud and DevSecOps Pipeline teams. At client weutilize AWS as our main public cloud provider. You will run dojoceremonies timeboxed upskilling engagements with application teams,and facilitate special projects. This may include quarterly bundlemajor changes including customer (application team coordination),which has a limited ask for after hours work in order to supportthe implementation. You will work to take on a team as theirdedicated delivery lead , and a facilitator in our ETO scaled agilemodel. You are versed in Agile principles, familiar with both scrummaster or product owner responsibilities and confident in coachingboth the engineers and product owner. You have a customer focusedmindset and partner with other agile delivery masters across ETO toshare knowledge as well and align deliverables. As part of theCloud Tech Analyst team you will also facilitate coordination andtracking of major changes, with a limited ask for after hourschange. You are responsible for documentation and metrics reportingfrom confluence, to Jira stories, to JQL which drives Jiradashboards. In addition, you will work to streamline processeswithin the Cloud Transformation Analysts team for the applicationteams we support. You have an eye for process improvements.

Theday-to-day responsibilities include:

Assist in the development andsubsequent on-going management of processes and tools to automateand streamline program routines such as roadmaps, process flow, andfact/metric-based status reporting Participates in special projectsand performs other duties as assigned You are a master of longerterm metrics to delivery the full products, especially burndownsand roadmaps Facilitating implementation of multiple major changesin one change window, may be after hours, 8pm or weekends midnighton a limited basis. Participate and coach team on best practices inthe scaled agile ceremonies they are part of including a scrum ofscrum and big room planning Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, Jirabacklogs and dashboards and creating repetive story ticketsautomations for two teams Works in an Agile environment andcontinuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities,outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunitiesand risks DTS offers excellent compensation package.
