Job Description:

This role is responsible for optimizing the flow of epics/featuresand the value delivered by a complex/larger Agile Release Train(ART), and is focused on serving the needs of the train to driveperformance and growth.

Responsibilities:

Promotes and coaches the Agile mindset and principles, enabling theorganization to become high-performing as one cohesive team. Coordinating and facilitating the ART ceremonies, managingdependencies across teams in the ART, and providing visibility intothe health of epic/feature delivery and the overall programincrement. Coordination of release execution through defining cross-teamdependencies ensuring a well-defined program/release schedule thatmeets organizational objectives. Optimize the flow of epics / features and the value delivered bythe release train. Ensures impediments to epic/feature delivery are resolved quickly,protects the teams from outside disruptions to delivery, and drivescontinuous improvement for the ART. Manage financials for the ART, assist with resource planning, andfacilitate synch points between business and technologyleaders. Partner with Product Managers to ensure the program has a healthyproduct / program backlog. Creates, manages, and communicates release events to leadershipteam for upcoming release changes and provides post-releaseoutcomes and actions. Maintains a central release management tracking, reporting,approval, and escalation routines. Ensures impediments to delivery are resolved quickly, protects theteams from outside disruptions to delivery, and drives continuousimprovement. Responsible for broad knowledge of the environments, tools,processes utilized by the various teams to develop, test, executechanges for the change requests. Partner with engineering, development, and testing teams to plan,execute, and deliver change initiatives into production ensuringrisk control and production stability. Mentors junior scrum masters. Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management and otherpolicy requirements.

Required skills:

7+ years of active involvement in project management with strongtrack record of delivering projects/releases per expectations. 7+ years leading large scale transformation programs, involvingbusiness process and change. 5+ years of Agile experience in a change agent role. Strong understanding of Agile principles, concepts, andceremonies. Adept at handling multiple tasks and pivots fluidly to supportdaily changing requirements. Broad knowledge of the change policy, processes, environments, andtools as well as the risk control framework. Experience in Release Management Experience in SDLC life cycle process Experience in both technical and functional capacities. Solid Verbal and Written communication skills
