Must Have Years of Experience Bachelors Degree N/A Data Management / Data Governance Concepts 3 – 5 Information Lifecycle Management or Assurance 3 – 5 Experience with Technology roles (e.g., Application Analysts / Developers, Application Operations Nice to Have Experience Masters Degree w/ focus on Information Technology Data Management Certifications (e.g., DMBOK supported certifications) Business /

Data Domain Skills:

General knowledge of Banking industry Experience with Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC processes) and Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies Ability to work with high volumes of detailed technical & business metadata. Ability to analyze both Process and Data to identity meaningful actionable outcomes. Understand Change Management processes in a technology environment. Understand and implement changes to business processes in POP tool supporting Single Process Inventory (SPI) objectives. Develop and influence business processes necessary to support data governance related business needs. Manage and influence across vertical organizations to achieve common objectives. Intermediate to Expert level knowledge of MS products such as

Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Skype, & Outlook Communication Skills:

Create both visually and verbally engaging informative materials for departmental leadership, business partners, executives, and stakeholders. Manage a portfolio of Permit To Send (PTS) Cases to ensure timely approvals necessary to enable external data transmissions w/ Confidential and/or Proprietary data; Partner with CIO FLUs to advise on best practices for logging Data Transmission Registrations; Partner across the DQCE teams to ensure high quality of DTR metadata in the PTSR Tool. Familiarity with Data Governance / Management concepts; any past experience with Technology based roles (e.g. Application support analyst, business analyst, development experience, scrum master etc.); ability to organize large datasets into meaningful information; ability to coordinate work efforts across multiple teams The ideal candidate will have: Qualified candidates should
