The position as Business IS Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of information systems (IS) applications and business processes in Hitachi Energy`s Service business. This role involves strategic planning, functional team leadership, and collaboration with various departments to ensure that IS applications and business processes align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Developing and executing the IS applications and business processes strategy to support the organization’s overall business strategy.

Team Leadership:

Leading and managing a team of Business & IS professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Project Management:

Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IS projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Process Improvement:

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaboration:

Working closely with other departments, such as IT, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that IS applications and business processes support their needs.

Budget Management:

Managing the budget for IS applications and business processes, including cost control and resource allocation.

Risk Management:

Identifying and mitigating risks associated with IS applications and business processes.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Requirements
