Serve as the execution engine for DevEx CoE. Translate strategy into action by managing intake, prioritization, and execution across a portfolio of initiatives—ranging from SPDLC optimization to metrics, tooling, community building, and talent development. Execution Leadership Drive end-to-end execution of the DevEx program portfolio across the CoE and DevEx Solutions team. Maintain centralized visibility of all active initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and resource capacity. Take charge of the project timeline and guarantee punctual accomplishment of breakthroughs in various work domains such as SPDLC, metrics, quality/compliance, IP, and tooling. Program & Portfolio Management Lead the intake and prioritization process for DevEx initiatives, balancing impact, urgency, and resourcing. Facilitate cross-functional planning and status alignment across engineering, product, security, and IT. Construct and run dashboards, scorecards, and communications to keep team members informed and responsible. Cross-Team Coordination Serve as the connective tissue across the Developer Experience CoE, DevEx Solutions, vendor partners, and enabling teams. Coordinate execution across multiple domains—ensuring sequence, integration, and interdependency management. Delivery Optimization Identify and remove execution blockers; advance when needed to maintain forward motion. Monitor project health, risk, and resourcing issues across the portfolio—proactively resolving delivery challenges. Enable repeatable planning and delivery processes that scale as the DevEx function grows. How Will You Get Here? Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred. Experience 5+ years in technical program or portfolio management, with demonstrated success driving execution of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. Experience working across engineering, developer efficiency, or software platform teams. Familiarity with developer experience domains such as SDLC governance, AI tooling, metrics, or platform operations is a plus. Skills & Capabilities Proficient in program delivery methodologies; capable of planning, completing, and adjusting quickly and efficiently. Adept at leading execution in matrixed, fast-paced environments. Ability to influence customers, synthesize input, and drive to alignment without reaching a blocking issue. Systems thinker who can identify patterns, simplify processes, and scale execution frameworks. Behavioral Proficiencies Committed, productive, and unfazed by ambiguity.
