IT Project Coordinator

Position Summary:

IT Project Coordinator needed to help manage deployments of equipment and conversions during night time hours in US. This person would be communicating with tech missions dispatching to stores, walking through components of well defined checklist of to-do items.
The Project Coordinator supports the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) through project coordination, status reporting, and general EPMO foundational support. The Technical Project Coordinator will keep clients efforts organized and on schedule with attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to prioritize. Must be results-oriented and a problem-solver.
Responsibilities

  • Facilitate development and maintenance of project artifacts for projects (eg: charters, risk/action/issue logs, schedules, etc.).
  • Document activities and communicate feedback on project findings to team and stakeholders.
  • Initiate and maintain communication with external vendors and internal team members at multiple facilities, as needed.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure project deliverables meet project requirements.
  • Manage small projects as defined. Organize, lead, and facilitate project-related meetings, including the creation of agendas, preparation of materials and notes.
  • Develop reports and other deliverables as assigned by the EPMO or Business Lead.
  • Conduct quality control testing to ensure project deliverables meet project requirements.
  • Data management and evaluation for trends, risk and inconsistency.
    Qualifications
CRITICAL
  • Solid written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate information to peers, teams, managers, and corporate leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and identify IT hardware
  • Previous experience in supporting IT related projects
CRITICAL
  • Proven ability to work on several work assignments simultaneously and under tight schedules.
CRITICAL
  • Organized, able to multitask, and have critical thinking skills to be pro-active.
  • Intermediate skills in Windows environments and MS Office Professional Series (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint Required; Project, Word preferred) or equivalent tools.
CRITICAL
  • Excellent MS Excel Skills.
  • Ability to use all basic office equipment.
    Education/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years experience in a professional setting
