We are seeking a Senior Customer Engineer with expertise in Advanced Java Concepts to join our team. This individual will act as the Single Point of Contact for customer sites, working closely with various remote technical teams to implement actions that close assigned projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that project objectives are achieved efficiently, with consideration for site operations, site size, and available resources. The role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in Java, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. The Senior Customer Engineer will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date project plans, communicating progress, and managing any risks to timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Single Point of Contact for the customer site, coordinating with remote technical GEA project teams. Suggest and implement the most effective strategies to achieve project objectives on-site, considering site operations, resources, and project scope. Complete assigned activities and maintain an up-to-date project plan, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and any risks or delays. Report directly to the GE DT Lead on-site, providing updates and escalating issues as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Advanced Java Concepts . Ensure that all project deliverables are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and work to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience working with Advanced Java Concepts . Proven experience in managing complex technical projects and acting as a primary point of contact for project teams. Strong understanding of Java and experience in Java-based development or solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and clients. Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining up-to-date project plans. Ability to assess risks and take appropriate actions to mitigate them. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
