Description:
Serve as the main point of contact with the implementation partner (Ahead).
Coordinate across multiple teams, consultants, and project managers.
Distribute tasks and track progress across the ServiceNow program.
Engage regularly with executive sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
Strong soft skills and leadership preferred over deep technical knowledge.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow to ask the right questions.
Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, IRM, SecOps).
Experience in cloud/MSP or large enterprise environments is a plus.
