Are you a master of technical nuance and strategiccollaboration? Do you thrive at the intersection of sales, service,and engineering? If you’re passionate about solving complexproblems and turning opportunities into real-world solutions, thisis the role for you. What You’ll Do As a Sr. Technical ApplicationsManager, you’ll be the technical backbone of our commercialsuccess—working hand-in-hand with our Regional Sales Managers totransform promising opportunities into closed deals. But that’sjust the beginning.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Partnering withSales Teams to develop and deliver technical proposals that alignwith customer specifications. Advising on Product Selection andValue Proposition—you’ll help guide the right solution for thecustomer’s needs, from early specs to final pitch. SupportingPricing Strategies that align with both customer budgets andbusiness targets. Tackling Process Challenges by working directlywith our Service team to troubleshoot issues and designimprovements that keep machines running at peak performance.

Collaborating Across Departments to ensure customer satisfactionfrom pre-sale consultation to post-installation optimization YourProfile / Qualifications An Engineering or Technical Degree isdesirable, not required Strong technical knowledge of capitalequipment, industrial machinery, or process systems. Proven abilityto influence purchasing decisions through technical consultation.

Experience working cross-functionally with sales, service, andengineering teams. Excellent communication and presentationskills—able to simplify the complex. A solutions-first mindset anda drive to make an impact. GEA is an equal opportunity employer.
