Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program
Key responsibilities includemunicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuringpliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables
Ensure execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost
Facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery
Coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery – e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams
Facilitate dependency management/risk management /impediment removal for the defined deliverables
Promote/facilitatemunication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverablepletion and timeline
Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks /issues, and schedule
Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders
Track the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership
Ensure deliverablesply with Enterprise Change Management standards
Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery /execution

Requirements:

5-7 years project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience
Ability to manageplex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesizeplex data into actionable presentations / reports andmunicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
Excellentmunication, influencing and facilitation skills Pay range: $55.15 – $63.15
