Princeton NJ ProgramManager will be responsible for delivering multiple consultingengagements successfully within the defined budget and schedule. Heis also responsible for interacting with all the key stakeholders(Customers, Partners, Consulting team, other Adobe teams) to driveAdobe Digital Marketing engagements. Requirements 15 years oftechnology/service delivery experience 8 years of experience inManaging projects in a client facing role Experience in managingkey stakeholders at VP level (Customers, Partners, Consulting team,other Adobe teams) to drive Digital Marketing engagements. StrongCommunication and excellent structural thinking to managesituations Exposure in implementing the Adobe Experience/MarketingCloud suite (AEM, Campaign, Analytics etc) Exposure to deliveringthe Digital transformation projects using any Agile/Agile Scrummethodology is a must Any leading Project Management certificationlike PMP, CSM, Prince2 is a must Significant experience presentingin front of groups and to high-level executives Proven track recordof building solid relationships with customers at all levelsExcellent understanding of general business models, concepts andstrategies Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional anddedicated to customer success Should possess an innovative,problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset Exceptionalorganizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbaland written Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a teamplayer, and manage change effectively Bachelor s degree in computerscience or engineering, or Bachelor s degree in business withequivalent technical work experience Deep vertical industryexperience (e.g., Telco or retail, financial services, high tech,etc.)
