Job Description
Understand and evaluate the client’s technological needs and propose appropriate recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring solutions based on efficiency and cost helping clients to leverage our technical expertise and delivery capability. Develop and implement plans for overseeing recruitment operations and contracted services to company clients. Clarify client requirements with hiring managers and communicate to recruiters in case of any ambiguity. Coordinate with recruiting team and clients on project timelines. Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements including requests for proposal responses and consulting solutions. Perform logistical activities in the human resource area to ensure admin functions and documentation are maintained for client resource needs. Coordinate with recruiting team on open requirements from clients, and coordinate with client to schedule candidate interviews and on boarding. Provide account management and service delivery support to client. Maintain IT team employment records. Experience must include utilizing the following: Experience must include utilizing the following: SharePoint, Java, .NET, Oracle, Fieldglass, LinkedIn.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related plus 1 year of relevant experience in job offered or as a Computer / Business Professional.
