We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and effective resource coordination. This role will interact with internal teams and clients, providing direction, structure, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Description Location:

When on-site presence is required, it will be at 335 Adams Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201; 2 Metrotech Center, Brooklyn, NY 11201; or other designated DIIT locations within the five boroughs of New York City, as determined.

Contingent Upon Award Key Responsibilities:

Lead and direct project personnel, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives. Manage project schedule, cost, risks, and quality of deliverables. Maintain active communication and coordination with DOE stakeholders and project teams. Interact with the client on project-related issues, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations. Deliver and manage comprehensive project plans for contracted services. Manage vendor resources and their assignments. Oversee scheduling, deliverables, and updates to the project plan, ensuring shared accountability between vendor and DOE. Ensure all services and deliverables meet defined quality standards. Provide weekly status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes. Actively collaborate with DOE business/IT project directors and RMQC resources on all PM processes. Maintain high accountability for project quality and on-time delivery. Ensure timely acceptance of deliverables and resolution of project issues.

Experience Requirements:

10+ years of project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Certifications:

PMP Certification is required.

Clearance Requirement:

As part of the security clearance process, all applicants must undergo a background investigation, which includes fingerprinting and the completion of an online background questionnaire.
